Kindred Spaces Referral Programme Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between Kindred Spaces (“Company”, “we”, “us”) and the individual or business submitting a referral (“Referrer”, “you”).

By submitting a referral via our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. What Qualifies as a Successful Referral

A referral qualifies for payment when:

• The referred property owner signs a management agreement with Kindred Spaces; and
• The property completes its first full and successful calendar month under management with us; and
• The property was not already in active discussions with Kindred Spaces at the time of referral.

A “successful month” means the property has gone live under our management and completed its first full month without termination.

2. Referral Reward Structure

Referral rewards are paid per property and are based on property size:

• 1–2 Bedrooms: £200
• 3–4 Bedrooms: £350
• 5–6 Bedrooms: £500
• 7+ Bedrooms: £750

There is no cap on the number of properties a Referrer may introduce.

Rewards apply per property, not per owner.

3. Payment Terms

• Referral rewards are paid within 14 days of the property completing its first successful full month under management.
• Payment will be made via bank transfer.
• The Referrer is responsible for providing accurate payment details.
• Kindred Spaces is not liable for delays or errors caused by incorrect information supplied by the Referrer.

4. Duplicate Referrals

If multiple parties refer the same property, the reward will be paid to the Referrer who first submitted the referral via our official referral form, as determined by timestamp.

5. Existing Contacts

No referral reward will be payable where:

• The property owner is already a client of Kindred Spaces;
• The property owner is already in active discussions with us;
• The owner has previously been introduced to us through another channel.

Kindred Spaces reserves the right to determine eligibility in such cases.

6. No Employment or Partnership

Participation in the referral programme does not create any employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship between Kindred Spaces and the Referrer.

Referrers act independently and have no authority to represent or bind Kindred Spaces.

7. Right to Decline

Kindred Spaces reserves the right to:

• Decline any referral;
• Refuse entry into the programme;
• Withhold payment where fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate conduct is suspected.

8. Amendments

Kindred Spaces reserves the right to amend or withdraw the referral programme at any time. Any changes will not affect rewards already earned prior to amendment.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
