How much does holiday let management cost in York?
Our full holiday let management service is 15% of booking revenue. Housekeeping costs are passed through transparently from our trusted cleaning partners, based on property size.
Our performance management option is 12% and doesn’t include cleaning and maintenance coordination. This is ideal for owners who have their own trusted on-site team but want more bookings and revenue.
There are no hidden markups or surprise fees. We are open about our pricing structure.
Are there long term contracts?
We operate on a rolling monthly agreement with a minimum initial period of three months, which gives us time to optimise your listing and pricing.
We don’t lock owners into long-term contracts. If the service works, the partnership continues.

Do you help with safety and compliance?
Yes. Compliance is an increasingly important consideration for short-term let operators managing an Airbnb in York.
