How much does Airbnb management cost in York?
Our service is 12% of booking revenue. We charge an onboarding fee of £199 includes professional photography, listing creation and the set-up of your property all booking platforms. Is there a minimum contract length?
We operate on a rolling monthly agreement with an initial three-month term. This gives us the time needed to optimise your listing and pricing properly. After that there is no long-term tie-in — if it’s working, we continue. If your circumstances change, you’re not locked in.
Do you work with properties outside York?
Yes. We work with property owners across the UK. Because we manage listing, pricing and guest communication remotely, we can support well-prepared properties in any strong short-term rental market.
